Architectural PercoTop® Primers
PercoTop® CS310/CS312/CS313 – 1K QD Primer 010
PercoTop® 1K Primer 010 is a fast drying, solvent borne zinc chromate-free 1K primer. It provides very good adhesion on metal substrates and is ideally suited for temporary and moderate corrosion protection levels. Recoatable with all PercoTop® Topcoats with the exception of PercoTop® EP Topcoat.
Colours – CS310: light grey CS312: white CS313: black
CS315 can be used to mix other colours
Suitable substates – Steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. Galvanic and zinc coated steel.
PercoTop® CS340/CS342/CS343/CS345 – 2K HS Primer Filler 040
PercoTop® 2K HS Primer 040 is a low VOC (<540g/l) 2K primer filler for large structures/substrates. Recoatable with PercoTop® Topcoats
Colours – CS340: light grey CS342: white CS343: black CS345 can be used to mix other colours
Suitable substrates – Steel (sandblasting recommended), iron and zinc phosphated steel. Galvanised, sendzimir and hot dip galvanised steel Aluminium (pre-check recommended) Sanded EP and UP-GRP
PercoTop® CS371/CS372 – 2K VHS Power Primer 4000
PercoTop® 2K VHS Power Primer 4000 is a low VOC (< 420g/l) 2K primer filler with a very high solids content. It is fast drying and can be used as primer or primer surfacer. Ideally suited for large structures. Recoatable with PercoTop® Topcoats
Colours – CS371 pearl white, CS372 dark grey
Suitable substraits – Steel (sandblasting recommended), iron- and zinc phosphated steel. Galvanised, sendzimir and hot dip galvanised steel. Sanded EP and UP-GRP
PercoTop® CS357/CS358/CS359 – 2K HS Wet-on-wet Filler
PercoTop® 2K HS primer filler is a wet-on-wet filler. It’s easy to apply and has a good overspray absorption making it ideal for large structures. It can be overcoated with PercoTop® 2K topcoats and has a VOC < 540 g/l
Colours – CS357 Grey CS358 White CS359 Black
Suitable Substrates – Old sanded paintwork, UP-GF (cleaned and sanded)
primed surfaces, cathodic dip coating (E-coat) coil and powder primer.
PercoTop® CS381 – 2K Epoxy Primer
PercoTop 2K Epoxy Primer is a chemically resistant, zinc chromate-free solvent borne 2K primer filler It provides excellent adhesion and corrosion protection and is typically used in aggressive environments where protection is the main requirement. It can be overcoated with PercoTop® 2K topcoats.
Colour – Light grey
Suitable substrates – Steel, iron and zinc phosphated steel, galvanised, sendzimir and hot dip galvanised steel. Aluminium (pre-check is recommended) sanded EP and UP-GRP
PercoTop® CS382 – 2K Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer 053
PercoTop® CS382 2K Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer 053 is a 2K Primer with a high amount of zinc content. It can be used as the first layer of a three layer paint systems for highest corrosion protection of heavy-gauge steel.
This zinc rich primer creates excellent barrier and cathodic protection and can be used with any suitable EP filler to produce a highly durable coating system. It’s also highly heat resistant up to a continuous temperature of 180ºC. Designed as a three stage system, It can be overcoated with PercoTop® Primers/Surfacers then PercoTop® 2K Topcoats.
Colour – Grey
Suitable substrates – Sandblasted steel (SA 2.5).
PercoTop® CS384 2K High Performance EP Primer
PercoTop® CS384 2K High Performance EP Primer is a chemical resistant, zinc chromate-free, solvent borne 2K primer based on epoxy resins. It provides excellent adhesion, humidity resistance and corrosion protection on a number of substrates and is typically used in aggressive environments where protection is the main requirement. It shows no signs of yellowing and uses a bio-based activator. CS384 can be recoated up to 4 weeks after application without need for sanding. CS384 can be overcoated with all PercoTop® 2K Topcoats.
Colours – Beige / Light Grey / Black

PercoTop® CS388 SupraSand 2K High Build EP Primer
CS388 is a chemically resistant, zinc chromate-free, solvent borne 2K primer based on epoxy resins. CS388 provides excellent adhesion, humidity resistance and corrosion protection on a number of substrates. It shows no yellowing and uses a bio-based activator. Specifically designed to be used when excellent corrosion is needed in combination with high build and sanding.

PercoTop® CS389 SupraProductive 2K EP Primer
PercoTop CS389 provides excellent adhesion, humidity resistance and corrosion protection on various substrates.
It shows no yellowing and uses a bio-based activator.
Specifically designed to offer substantial productivity gains by combining excellent Wet-on-Wet properties with very short flash times before overcoating and excellent topcoat appearance.
CS389 also cures extremely fast offering the ability to start assembling painted parts directly after bake.
