Rolling out a coating solution

Plant and construction equipment has a hard life and none harder than the plant hire sector.

Our customer was looking for a tough and durable coating for these rollers. SARIS selected a non-sand 1K CV Primer – SARPRIM1KCV with a 2K CV Topcoat SAR2KACRYL

The system was selected for its durability and to provide a fast process without the need for sanding between coats.

SARPRIM1KCV is available in a range of colours to minimise topcoat application. SAR2KACRYL provides a very high gloss and its Acrylic resin offers excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, an ideal system for the harsh environments these machines operate in.
