Searching high and low for a coating solution

You can spot Genie lifts on construction sites and in infrastructure maintenance throughout the UK. SARIS were tasked to provide a high quality coating system for refurbishing a series of Genie scissor and telescopic lifts. These lifts have a hard life and require an extensive refurbishment program.  Our client was looking for a high build, anti-corrosive primer and 2 Pack topcoat. SARIS selected a non-sand DTM primer SARDTM, followed by 2 Pack PU topcoat. The 1 Pack DTM was specially formulated to match the Genie grey and blue livery to improve topcoat coverage and reduce process times. The result, a high quality finish and a reduction in cost per unit to process.
