Percotop® CS920 – 2K PUR MS Polyurethane
PercoTop PUR is a versatile, 2 Pack polyurethane topcoat for application to structures, furniture, signs, building interiors and exteriors, windows and doors.
PercoTop PUR offers flexibility gloss levels by using PercoTop® Matting agent CS204, giving up to five different gloss levels from matt to high gloss. PercoTop PUR Matt comes at the lowest possible gloss: very matt and dead matt.
This polyurethane technology is the best option where a smooth finish is required, combined with long lasting weather resistance and excellent chemical resistance

Percotop CS911 – 2K DTM (Direct to Metal Topcoat)
PercoTop 911 is a direct to metal 2 Pack polyurethane topcoat designed for application in construction and architectural structures, metal fencing and highways infrastructure.
PercoTop 911 is designed to be applied direct to metal without the need for a primer. A fast and cost effective alternative to conventional two stage applications. PercoTop® 911 is backed by broad selection of activators, reducers and additives, allowing flexibility in application and drying .
Key attributes are excellent adhesion and corrosion protection on all types of metal substrates e.g. steel, aluminium and galvanised steel. The high mechanical resistance makes this topcoat the ideal choice for cost effective industrial applications.
PercoTop 911 saves time: the use of an adhesion primer is not required, which results in significant labour and process cost savings. PercoTop 911 can be applied, interior as well as exterior.

PercoTop CS970 – 2K HS Polyurethane 9700
PercoTop 9700, is a 2 Pack, high solids topcoat which achieves the highest standards in gloss and durability. PercoTop 9700 can be used in a wide variety of applications. Its highly durable finish offers excellent mechanical resistance which makes it a natural choice for high value structures, signs, street furniture.
There are a wide variety of activators and thinners suited to various equipment and climatic conditions ensure optimum results every time. PercoTop 9700 can also deliver a wide range of gloss levels, from matt to high gloss and offers a wide colour range.
PercoTop 9700 boosts paintshops productivity and offers good flow, reduced application time, very short drying times and lower material consumption.

PercoTop CS944/949 – 2K Textured Finish 449
PercoTop449, the high performance topcoat solution from Axalta. PercoTop 449 is a silicone-free, structured, 2 Pack polyurethane ideally suited to construction and heavy industry such as buildings framework. PercoTop 449 Structure finish is also available in full matt, with excellent stability and without the loss of coarseness due to the matting. PercoTop 449 is available in a vast range of colours.
A wide range of textures, from coarse to fine, can be obtained by changing the application parameters. PercoTop 449 can also be applied in a smooth flat finish after the addition of thinner. The excellent flow control makes high layer thickness possible: a must when a robust coating is needed.
PercoTop 449 polyurethane quality outperforms other products thanks to exceptional long lasting chemical and physical resistance. It is fast curing too.

PercoTop CS950 Acryl 100 – 2K Acrylic
PercoTop Acryl 100 meets the highest demands on appearance and colour. PercoTop Acryl 100 is a versatile, 2 Pack solvent-borne acrylic topcoat, designed for painting high-end furniture, advertising fascias and any industrial object requiring an exceptional finish.
PercoTop Acryl 100 is extremely flexible with wide range of options thanks to the large choice of available colours, gloss levels and structures.

PercoTop CS955 – 1K Acryl 55
PercoTop Acryl 55, the solvent-borne elastic topcoat is particularly recommended for painting plastics. PercoTop Acryl 55 is an air drying 1- Pack solvent-borne topcoat based on thermoplastic acrylic resins designed for painting fascias and plastic structures and is available in a wide range of colours.
The main strengths of PercoTop Acryl 55 are high elasticity for excellent adhesion on plastics, good UV stability for exterior usage and very fast drying PercoTop Acryl 55 can be used directly on many plastics, Plexi (PMMA), polycarbonate and polystyrene, without the use of an adhesion primer. It can even be used as a primer in combination with other PercoTop® topcoats to create special effects.

PercoTop CS956 – 1K Acrylic
PercoTop 1K Acrylic is a 1 Pack solvent-based topcoat based on thermoplastic acrylic resins, providing a fast, high-quality solution for smooth decorative applications. PercoTop 1K Acrylic has also been developed to be filled in spray cans for on-site local repairs.
As PercoTop 1K Acrylic can easily be applied on scuffed powder coatings, it is the preferred solution for small repairs, scratches on any powder coated objects such as window frames and doors. Whenever there is a need for fast and easy 1K industrial applications with a smooth finish, we recommend PercoTop® 1K Acrylic. It is perfect for painting interior decorative objects as it is very fast drying and has a high elasticity.
PercoTop 1K Acrylic is available in a wide range of gloss levels and colours. Structured powder coatings can easily be matched as it can be mixed with the PercoTop® structure additives. PercoTop 1K Acrylic can also be applied on primed surfaces or cured OEM finish.

PercoTop CS958 – 1K Basecoat
PercoTop Basecoat, the heat resistant solvent-based basecoat from Axalta, is the ideal choice for high quality clear over base industrial painting jobs. PercoTop CS958 is a special industrial basecoat, based on acrylic and polyester resins, designed for painting high-end furniture, signs shopfittings and any object requiring special design colours.
PercoTop CS958 Basecoat offers designers a wide range of shade options thanks to the availability of metallics and pearls.
Another benefit of PercoTop Basecoat is the high temperature colour stability. This makes PercoTop Basecoat particularly suitable to be overcoated with powder clearcoat’s without yellowing or discoloration. It can be used in combination with a powder primer as well.

PercoTop CS980 EP – 2K Epoxy
PercoTop EP is a 2 Pack solvent-based topcoat for heavy duty industrial applications, typically structures and objects exposed to severe environments and where chemicals are present, it can also be used for heavy duty floor coating.
Key attributes are excellent mechanical and chemical resistance and surface hardness. Optimum adhesion levels are achieved when used in accordance with PercoTop primers or applied on fully cured old finish. PercoTop EP can be applied using all the usual coating processes.
